Eh...

Good start... When it comes to a good game though, the art needs too work with each other. You have some sprites smoother then others man, and it just looks awful. I recomend finding a lined sprite of link. some larger icons for characters(instead of 16x16, 32x32 etc).
The gameplay could have been better, lots of glitches were found. I can't even play the game for the most part. The controls were slow, and when I started mission 1 I played for like 5 seconds got hit by the deku plant, and couldn't move at all.
As for the music. Good choices(Gee I wonder why?).

Your rotation messes with the collision

for every level, if you rotate 180 at the edge of a door twice or so, it will flip you on the other side of the door.
Otherwise though, the game was really great. :D Great Job!!

great graphics...

gameplay is smooth. The sound effects are from Pinball, xD!
I believe II found a glitch though, if you just happen to win and die at the same time, the next wave doesn't come. I had 1 life left when I won and I lost it at the same time, and it did the animation for winning but did not continue to next wave.
